The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate degree that provides theoretical and practical training to help graduates gain a better understanding of general business management functions. The MBA degree can have a specific focus such as accounting, finance or marketing.

At the Université Antonine, Edgard Khoury is currently occupying the position as the MBA program coordinator; in addition to lecturing management as well as marketing courses. He has returned to Lebanon after living 7 years in the United States of America (USA), obtaining a bachelor degree in business management from Holy Spirit University Kaslik, and a master’s degree in business marketing from the University of Massachusetts. 

Khoury is presently completing his PhD studies, researching prominent concepts in the business field, such as innovation and creativity, enhanced sales performance and improved customer service. During his stay in the USA, while working as a sales person, he observed some strategies applied by American companies in the workplace for durable success and development. Sustainability and corporate social responsibility are examples of these tactics, which build trust and create loyalty among their customers, and maintain a clean environment   

Edgard Khoury has chosen this theme to integrate it –theoretically- in the Lebanese market, since business companies do not give much importance to this aspect (eco-conscious, recycling … etc.). If applied, these guidelines will encourage equally the companies through better sales, and their customers to have a healthy beneficial lifestyle.
